Aerial Dance Strength

Through practice, learner has developed the specific upper body and core strength necessary for participating in aerial dance. Learner will properly execute the exercises hollow body hold for 5 seconds, 5 complete push-ups, 5 ankle hang sit ups, and 3 pull-ups.

Learner will practice the skills in class and get helpful feedback from instructors. Each learner will be given the chance to acknowledge when they are ready to present to the instructors and class. Lead instructor will assess the learner's strength exercises to determine if badge is applicable.
